1- WHERE ARE THE CANDLES MADE?

All of our products are handmade in Spain, supporting the local economy and taking care of every small detail in order to offer the best quality candles. Our studio is based in Madrid.

 

2- WHAT PRODUCTS DO YOU USE?

We work with natural ingredients of the best quality. Everything is made in Spain, except for the scent, which comes from England. All of the materials, including the shipping packaging, can be recycled. For more information visit Our Story.

 

3- DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we do. Shipping price depends on the destination location. 

 

4- WHAT IS THE LIFE SPAN OF YOUR CANDLES?

We recommend burning your candles within the first six months after purchase. We do not use any preservatives and cannot guarantee peak performance after the initial six months.

 

5- HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Making a candle takes some time. We want to make sure your candle is perfect so please allow a maximum of two days processing. We will notify you once your order has been shipped. From this point onwards, shipping time will depend on the courier and method used. 

 

6- HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

To cancel your order, please email us on hello@herriet.com with your full name, order number and the reason for cancelling your order. You won't be able to cancel your order once it's been shipped. For more information please visit our Refund Policy page.

8. DO YOU OFFER CANDLE MAKING CLASSES?

No. We don't offer this service anymore but we do offer handpainting candle workshops in Madrid. You can find out more information about this here

 

9- DO YOU OFFER BULK DISCOUNT FOR MY WEDDING / EVENT?

Yes, if you would like to order a minimum of 35 pieces of one style, colour, and scent, please contact us for information on bulk orders.
